When you register for events or apply for club membership, we collect essential personal details including your full name, South African ID or passport number, mobile contact numbers, email address, physical address, vehicle specifications, and guardian/emergency contact information.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed strictly for official club operations:

• Club membership administration, invoicing, and identity verification.
• Event registration, division classification, and live heat grid generation.
• Track safety compliance, scrutineering logs, and emergency situation communications.

3. Data Protection & Encryption at Rest

All sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—such as ID numbers and contact details—is secured using AES-128 Fernet encryption tokens on disk. Automated daily offsite backups are encrypted client-side prior to cloud transmission.

4. Your Rights Under POPIA
